This book had a very transformative effect on my life Although I had trouble with my anxiety, as an analytical overthinking kind of person, I needed a very valid reason to convince myself out of my suffering and anxiety This book along with a therapist has replaced so much of my suffering with both Joy and compassion.It made such a difference on me that I gave a talk to 85 young adults on the subject to help them see what I saw from this book Thanks Kristen.Hook em UT 07
